海员的职业特点及现代航运事业的发展要求海员要具备较高的情商,航海院校、航海机构等要注重海员情商的培养,海员也要从自我意识能力、情绪控制能力、自我激励能力、人际沟通能力、挫折承受能力五个方面来加强自身情商的培养。
The occupational characteristics of seafarers and the development requirements of modern shipping industry,seafarers have higher emotional intelligence,maritime academies,maritime institutions to focus on emotional intelligence training of seafarers,seafarers but also from self-awareness,emotional control,self-motivated,Interpersonal communication skills,frustration tolerance in five areas to strengthen their emotional intelligence training.
