摘要
本论文在指出网络道德问题的严重性后,从网络社会的特殊性等几个方面论述了引起网络社会道德危机的原因,并提出要使得互联网真正成为推动社会进步的"火车头",就必须从道德规范约束、制定法律制度、加强政府监督、社会成员共同努力四个方面建设网络道德。
This paper pointed out that the network in the moral seriousness of the problem,from the particularity of the network society discussed the aspects of moral crisis caused by the reasons for the network society,and proposed to make the Internet truly promote social progress of the 'locomotive ' to be ethical constraints,to develop the legal system,strengthen government supervision,four members of the community work together to build the network ethics.
