任何服务行业都呼唤良好的职业道德和服务精神,图书馆的专业服务也不例外。为读者提供服务是图书馆唯一的目标,也是图书馆开展工作的根本出发点和落脚点。图书馆员的职业道德和专业素质直接影响到图书馆的形象,关系到图书馆的发展。本文就如何提高图书馆员的专业素质展开讨论。
