摘要
[目的 ]观察拔除下颌阻生智齿引起下唇麻木患者的康复情况 .[方法 ]将患者随机分成 2个组 ,39例患者 (治疗组 )给予物理治疗及药物治疗后观察疗效 ,19例患者 (对照组 )未做任何治疗后观察症状有无缓解 .[结果 ]治疗组下唇麻木恢复情况 :1～ 3个月内恢复者为 2 4例 (6 1% ) ,3～ 6个月内恢复者为 8例 (2 1% ) ,6～ 12个月内恢复者为 4例 (10 % ) ,12个月以后有一定程度的恢复者为 3例 (8% ) ;对照组下唇麻木恢复情况 :1～ 3个月内恢复者为 6例 (32 % ) ,3～ 6个月内恢复者为 5例 (2 6 % ) ,6～ 12个月内恢复者为 5例 (2 6 % ) ,12个月以后有一定程度的恢复者为 3例 (16 % ) .[结论
OBJECTIVE?To study the therapeutic effect s of numbness of lower lip caused by after impacted wisdom tooth of extraction.? METHODS?58 cases of numbness of lower lip were randomly divi ded into two groups, in witch 39 cases were administrated medicine and physical treatment and 19 cases were administrated no treatment to observe therapeutic ef fects.?RESULTS?Recovery cases of lower lip numbness in the co mbination of medicine and physical treatment were 24 cases (61%) in 1～3 months, 8 cases (21%) in 3～6 months, 4 cases (10%) in 6～12 months, 3 cases (8%) after 1 2 months; recovery cases of lower lip numbness in the non treatment group were 6 cases (32%) in 1～3 months,5 cases (26%) in 3～6 months, 5 cases (26%) in 6～12 months, 3 cases recovered in different degree after 12 months.?CONCLUSI ON?The recovery rate in the treatment group is evidently higher tha n that in non-treatment group.
