内镜双支架引流治疗晚期肝门部胆管恶性梗阻30例临床分析

摘要 晚期肝门部胆管恶性梗阻导致患者死亡的主要原因是高位胆道梗阻及肝功能衰竭。因此,如何有效地引流胆道,改善肝脏功能,是提高患者生存质量,延长患者生存时间的重要环节。内镜下胆管内支架引流术因其安全、有效、简便等特点,现已成为姑息性治疗胆管恶性梗阻的主要方法。然而,对于肝门部胆管恶性梗阻来说。
