菌阴肺结核一例

摘要 患者女,65岁,退休教师,因"咳嗽、咳痰、发热10d"于2011年3月8日入院。患者表现为阵发性咳嗽、咳少量黏液痰,有发热,一般于下午和夜间为甚,体温在38℃左右,伴有盗汗、胸痛、气促,无畏寒、寒战,无咯血,患者当时未予以特殊重视,自行服用感冒药物及退烧药物治疗3d,症状未见好转,后入当地医院诊治,予以左氧氟沙星+阿奇霉素抗感染治疗6d。
