摘要
以夏sch、秋sch为材料在不同温度下进行催青处理 ,分别在 2、4、5龄起蚕期添食不同浓度梯度的家蚕核型多角体病毒 (BmNPV) ,采用统计分析软件SPSS(StatisticalPackageforSocialSci ences) 10 .0对所得结果进行了分析 ,获得了不同催青温度处理的伴性赤蚁蚕对BmNPV的抗性差异。实验中 ,34℃催青处理的伴性赤蚁 (sch)蚕对BmNPV有最强的抵抗力。
Silkworm eggs of the breeds Xiasch and Qiusch were incubated at 34, 30 and 26℃ for 48 h and the 2 nd , 4 th and 5 th instar larvae after moulting were fed with mulberry leaves treated with BmNPV. The experiment data were analyzed with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) 10.0. The results showed that the silkworm treated with 34℃ at incubation had the highest resistance to the virus.
