The government of Heilongjiang Province in the recent past drafted a strategy to develop livestock farming into a key industry and, with that move, women's federations there nave carried out tne plan of "Prospering Family Life by Stockbreeding." The program has led local women to obtain a much more prosperous existence.
近年来,黑龙江省各级妇联组织围绕省委、省政府提出的把粮食大省建设成为畜牧业大省,实现种植业与畜牧业主辅换位的农业发展战略,积极实施“畜牧兴家”计划,带领农村妇女走出了一条致富路。
