摘要
[目的]观察中药温肾疏肝汤对维持性血透患者勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床疗效。[方法]收集23例患有ED的维持性血透患者,在一般治疗基础上,予温肾疏肝汤治疗8周,观察治疗前后血红蛋白、甲状旁腺激素、IIEF评分、一氧化氮、性激素等变化。[结果]治疗后,血红蛋白、甲状旁腺激素水平没有明显变化,而IIEF评分有明显改善,血清睾酮水平、一氧化氮水平升高,血清雌二醇水平降低。[结论]温肾疏肝汤可以改善维持性血透患者ED,同时可以改善性激素紊乱。
[Objective]To observe the therapeutic effects of 'wenshen shugan decoction' in treating erectile dysfunction(ED) in maintenance hemodialysis patients(MHD).[Methods] On the basis of routine treatment,23 MHD patients with erectile dysfunction accepted the treatment of 'wenshen shugan decoction' for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,hemoglobin(Hb),parathormone(PTH),the international index of erectile function questionnaire(IIEF),serum nitric oxide(NO) and sex hormone were detected.[Results] Hb and PTH had no significant difference.IIEF grade,serum testosterone and NO level were significantly improved,serum estradiol(E2) fell significantly.[Conclusion]'Wenshen shugan decoction' is effective in resolving ED in MHD patients and improving the sex hormone disturbance.
