摘要
[目的]探讨老年急腹症患者的临床特点及治疗。[方法]回顾我院127例老年急腹症患者的临床资料及治疗情况。[结果]手术103例,非手术24例,治愈116例,自动出院6例,死亡5例。[结论]老年急腹症患者临床表现不典型,合并症多,病情进展快,死亡率高。临床医师手术力求时机、简效并做好围手术期处理,可提高治愈率。
[Objective] To explore the clinical features and treatment of senile acute abdomen.[Method]Trace back 127 cases of clinical data and treatment.[Result]130 cases were operated,24 had no operation,116 were cured,6 went out of hospital voluntarily,5 dead.[Conclusion]Senile acute abdomen has no classical clinical symptoms,with many complications,speedy development,and high lethal rate.The doctors shall grasp best chance for operation,while making good peri-operational period nursing to improve cure rate.
