摘要
[目的]探讨难治性小儿髋关节滑膜炎有效治疗途径。[方法]16例均采用口服自拟"小儿滑膜炎汤"、皮肤牵引制动、静脉滴注抗生素中西医结合治疗。[结果]治愈13例,好转3例,治愈率81.3%,且随诊6个月无复发。[结论]中药结合皮肤牵引治疗难治性小儿髋关节滑膜炎疗效明显。
[Objective] To explore the effective cure of children refractory coxa synovitis.[Method]16 cases take self-made 'Children Synovitis Decoction',derma traction brake and intravenous antibiotics,i.e.combination of TCM and WM.[Result]13 cases were cured,3 were better,cure rate 81.3%;there’ re no recurrence by following up for 6m.[Conclusion]The said decoction has definite cure effect to children coxa synovitis.
