摘要
[目的]探讨宫腔填塞纱条防治前置胎盘产后岀血的效果。[方法]28例前置胎盘行剖宫产其中18例术中胎盘娩出后胎盘剥离面出血活跃立即予填塞纱条止血。[结果]全部有效,产后出血500～800ml,有效率100%。[结论]宫腔填塞纱条防治前置胎盘产后出血快速、安全、可靠、经济。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of intrauterine packing with gauze preventing prepositional placenta flooding.[Method]In 28 cases of caesarean birth,18 having active bleeding take packing with gauze.[Result]All were effective,the total effective rate was 100%.[Conclusion]The said method is quick,safe,reliable and economical for preventing prepositional placenta flooding.
