Study on Shulidie Combined with Bailing Capsule Treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD)

摘要 [目的]探讨舒利迭和百令胶囊联合治疗对中度以上慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者的影响。[方法]采用前瞻性研究方法将90例缓解期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分成对照组(即A组)和实验组(既B组),A组常规吸入舒利迭1吸/BID同时按需吸入沙丁胺醇气雾剂以缓解症状,B组在A组治疗的基础上口服百令胶囊,每组疗程均为24周。观察两组治疗前后肺功能、血气指标及活动耐力的改善状况。[结果]A、B两组在肺功能、血气指标及活动耐力均有明显的改善,但实验组取得了更加显著的疗效。[结论]证实了舒利迭在治疗稳定期COPD患者取得的显著效果。 [Objective] To observe the effect of Shulida and Bailing Capsule on over-moderate COPD in stable period.[Method]Randomly divide 90 cases into control group A and experimental group B,A absorbs Sulida and Salbutamol Aerosol,B orally takes Bailing Capsule on the base above,both for 24w.Observe lung function,blood-gas indexes and activity intolerance.[Result]Both improved lung function,blood-gas index and activity intolerance,the group B was better than A.[Conclusion]It proves Shulida has marked effect on the said COPD.
