摘要
[目的]探讨强化胰岛素治疗在老年糖尿病患者中的临床疗效。[方法]随机选取2型糖尿病50例,通过强化胰岛素治疗,检测治疗前后的血糖、糖化血红蛋白值。[结果]50例老年糖尿病患者治疗后空腹血糖及餐后血糖均明显降低(P<0.05),6个月后糖化血红蛋白显著降低(P<0.05)。[结论]强化胰岛素治疗能有效控制老年糖尿病患者血糖水平。
[Objective] To study the clinic therapeutic effect of insulin augmentation therapy in old patients with type 2 diabetes.[Methods] 50 patients with type 2 diabetes were chosen at random,which received insulin augmentation therapy.And the values of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were examined in pre-and post-treatment groups.[Results]Fasting blood glucose level and postprandial blood sugar level in post-treatment groups were significantly lower than theirs pre-treatment groups.Glycosylated hemoglobin level was lower than theirs pre-treatment groups after six months.[Conclusion]Insulin augmentation therapy is effective in old patients with type 2 diabetes.
