摘要
B2型稀土金属间化合物由于具有良好的室温塑性而受到人们的关注,通常情况下,应力诱导相变有助于提高材料的塑性。对B2型稀土金属间化合物多晶DyAg首先进行拉伸和压缩试验,然后将经过拉伸和压缩变形的试样进行X射线衍射(XRD)分析以确定在变形过程中是否有应力诱导的相变产生。实验结果显示:DyAg合金的延伸率约为8%、抗拉强度为220 MPa,断裂方式为解理和沿晶断裂;压缩率高达59%、抗压强度为1050 MPa。XRD分析形变后的DyAg试样未发现有应力诱导的相变产生,因此可以排除由于应力诱导相变而导致DyAg合金具有良好室温塑性的这种可能。
