三角鲂全人工繁殖试验 被引量:1

An experiment on artificial propagation of Megalobrama terminallis

摘要 通过人工繁殖的三角鲂苗种在池塘饲养至亲鱼 ,并进行亲鱼催产后授精方式、孵化方式对比和不同饵料投喂比较等试验。共催产亲鱼 2 5 7对 ,产卵总量 12 6 0万粒 ,受精卵 10 33 7万粒 ,孵出稚鱼 (规格 3mm左右 ) 878 1万尾 ,培育鱼苗 (规格 30~ 5 0mm) 6 2 3 7万尾 ;平均受精率 82 0 4 % ,平均孵化率 84 95 % ,鱼苗总成活率 71 0 3% ,获得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。
