摘要
阐述了燃气加热炉的燃烧机理,并对加热炉燃烧控制系统中采用的常规双交叉限幅控制进行了分析,针对其在实际生产应用中当系统负荷发生变化时不能保证空气和燃气的最佳配比的问题和系统响应速度慢的问题,提出根据系统负荷变化及响应对双交叉限幅模型中的偏置量取值进行实时修正的变偏置双交叉限幅控制。仿真结果表明,当系统负荷变化时采用变偏置双交叉限幅控制提高了系统响应速度,保证了燃气和空气的最佳配比,兼顾了系统的经济性。
