铍铜双金属合金悬丝的成分和力学性能分析

摘要 悬丝广泛应用于各种传感器以及DVD光驱头力矩器,目前国内主要依赖进口,降低产品成本,进行国产化研制,填补国内空白十分必要。作为国产化研制的基础,对进口Φ0.15 mm悬丝进行了SEM分析,X射线能谱分析,结果表明悬丝的合金成分为银、铍铜双金属复合材料。并使用纳米硬度计对悬丝进行纳米压痕实验,获得了较准确的硬度、弹性模量等材料力学性能参数。所获得的研究结果符合悬丝的工作性能要求,对于悬丝的国产化研制具有重要意义。 The suspension wire was extensively applied in the fields of various sensors and DVD CD-Rom head torquer etc,but the domestic suspension wire was mainly relied on import,so it was very necessary to do the domestic research and fill the domestic gaps so as to reduce the product cost.The import suspension wires with Φ0.15 mm were analyzed with the scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray energy spectrum,and the results showed that the alloy composition of the suspension wire was composed of silver and berylliu...
