摘要
本文回顾了南沙群岛问题的历史和现状,考察了美国对南沙群岛问题的策略变化过程,并着重分析这种变化的历史背景和原因,从而进一步得出结论:美国对南沙问题的政策变动是美国对华战略变化的微观反映。对此,笔者提出警示:从南沙问题上反映的美国对华战略变化;联华扼苏→接触+遏制→全面遏制中国,给中国的军事、外交带来负面影响。
Reviewing the history and present situation of Nansha Archipelago issue, this thesis has studied the change of USA's policies on the issue and analyzed emphatically the changes' historical background and cause, and the co-authors draws a conclusion: the changes of USA's policies towards China which are reflected from the Nansha issue-from concerting China to counter Soviet Union to contacting and clutching China to clutching China totally Will bring some negative impacts to China's military and diplomacy.
