摘要
采用响应曲面法优化罐组式动态逆流提取印楝种子中印楝素的工艺条件,考察了提取温度、甲醇用量、提取时间对印楝素提取量的影响。结果表明:罐组式动态逆流提取印楝素优化工艺条件为四罐式、提取温度32℃、甲醇用量2.5mL/g、提取时间34min/罐,此条件下印楝素提取量为3.86mg/g,该工艺简单有利于工业化生产。
The response surface methodology was applied in the optimum extraction of azadirachtin from neem seeds by multi-stage dynamic countercurrent extraction.The effects of extraction temperature,methanol dosage and extraction time on extract quantity of azadirachtin were investigated.The results showed that the optimal multi-stage dynamic countercurrent extraction conditions were four-stage,extraction temperature 32°C,methanol dosage 2.5 mL/g,extracting time 34 min for every stage.Under these conditions,the extr...
