摘要
对影响给水泵轴向位移变化的相关因素进行了详细分析,采用排除法确定了汽动给水泵轴向位移超标的原因是推力瓦块设计不合理。通过改进调节块弧度和缩小推力间隙的方法彻底解决了轴位移大的问题。
This paper carries out a detailed analysis for the relevant factors which cause the pump axial displacement.Exclusive method is employed to determine that the unreasonable design of thrust shoe causes the abnormal axial displacement of steam feed pump.Therefore,the large pump axial displacement is completely solved by improving the radian of regulating block and reducing thrust clearance.
