低质量流速下环形通道内干涸后传热实验研究

Experimental Investigation on Post-Dryout Heat Transfer in Narrow Annuli at Low Mass Velocity

摘要 对以水为工质在中压(1 5~6 0MPa)、低质量流速(52 89~84 20kg/(m2·s))下的双面加热环形通道内的流动沸腾干涸后传热进行了实验研究.由实验数据与通用的经验公式进行比较,发现这些关系式适合于中高压、高质量流速工况,而对低压、低质量流速工况存在较大的偏差.考虑了蒸汽物性参数和壁面温度对换热的影响,在Groeneveld公式形式的基础上,引入Polomik公式中壁面温度和饱和温度比值关系的修正因子,分析了影响壁面温度的热流密度、压力和质量流速等因素,得出了一个适合中压、低质量流速下新的干涸后传热计算关系式.该关系式与实验数据吻合较好. Post-dryout boiling heat transfer with deionized water flowing through narrow annular channel under the conditions of medium pressure (1.5-6.0 MPa) and low mass velocity (52.89-84.20 kg/(m2&middots)) was investigated experimentally. Compared the experimental data with well-known empirical correlations, it is found that these correlations are appropriate for the situations of medium-high pressure and high mass velocity and deviate seriously in low-medium pressure and low mass velocity cases. Considering the effect of property parameter of the vapor and wall temperature on heat transfer was considered and based on the Groeneveld equation, a modified factor of the ratio of wall temperature to saturated temperature was introduced. The influences of heat flux, mass velocity, and pressure on wall temperature were analyzed, and a new correlation for post-dryout heat transfer of medium pressure and low mass velocity conditions was developed, which correlates the experimental data quite well.
