摘要
综观我国教师专业发展研究30年,其研究历程呈现以下特点和趋势:研究内容从教师职业的专业化转向教师专业发展的内涵、模式及策略;教师专业发展的研究范式和方法呈现出多元化的取向;教师的研究主体地位逐渐彰显;研究者的研究视角从外部要素转向内部机制。
The research on the development of teacher s specialty in China has been conducted for 30 years,whose characteristics and trend are as follows.Its content shifts from the specialization of teacher s profession to the connotation,model and tactic of the specialty development;the research normal form and manner tend to have multiple orientation;as the researcher,teacher becomes the research subject gradually;and the researchers perspective moves from the outside factors to interior mechanism.
