摘要
城市基础设施是为物质生产和人民生活提供服务的行业总体,是城市赖以生存和发展的基础条件。近年来各种严重危害城市基础设施的自然灾害、生产安全及公共安全事件不断发生,着眼于保护城市重要基础设施安全的重要性,对可能威胁到我国重要基础设施安全的因素进行分析,有助于弥补和完善我国重要基础设施安全防范风险方面存在的漏洞和薄弱环节。
Urban infrastructure is a collective system that provides service for the material production and people s lives,and it is the moral kingpin on which a city relies for survival and development.In recent years, urban infrastructure has been threatened by many recurred natural disasters,safety production issues and public security affairs.Analyzing the subjective and objective factors which do threaten the urban infrastructure is helpful in making up for the loopholes and weak links of urban infrastructure.
