摘要
介绍了紧水滩电站水轮机转轮增容改造选型及改造采用的新工艺、新材料,在电站工况不变、未采取其他措施情况下,改造后新转轮出力增加10%以上,转轮振动区由原转轮的2个减少为1个,机组在近4 a的运行中无明显汽蚀、裂纹,抗空蚀性能优于原转轮。
This paper introduces new technology and new materials for runner capacity increase and improvement in Jinshuitan Hydropower Station.Under the unchanged power plant operation conditions and not taking other measures,the new runner increases generation power 10 percent and two numbers of runner vibration region change into one number.Runner has not appeared phenomenon of apparent cavitations and crack during the past four years operating.Cavitation resistance is better than that of the original runner.
