摘要
目的:对高速涡轮及低速手机工作时所产生的噪声进行调查分析。方法:采用精密声级计对二种牙科高速涡轮手机及低速手机(NSK,Bien Air)在空转、牙体预备及不同工作状态下所产生的噪声进行检测。测定距离为离手机15cm,30cm,45cm。结果:二种牙科高速涡轮手机在空转及牙体预备时所产生的噪声在61至82dB(A)之间。二种牙科低速手机在空转及不同工作状态下所产生的噪声为60到87dB(A)。结论:牙科手机所产生的噪音对医生的听力无明显潜在危险。但仍需对诸如牙科手机所产生的频率进行测定,并对口腔医生进行听力检测。
Objective:The aim of this study was todetermine the noise level produced by different dentalhand pieces in prosthetic practice.
