摘要
目的 观察联机血液透析滤过 (On- line Hem odiafiltration,HDF)缓解尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的最佳时期与次数 ,帮助患者达到既省钱又能有效缓解症状的目的。 方法 对 8例尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者用 HDF治疗2 3人次 ,对其进行皮肤瘙痒程序评定 ,观察治疗后缓解程度与达到缓解或部分缓解与 HDF次数。 结果 8例患者每次 HDF治疗 1次即可改善瘙痒症状 ,连续 2次治疗可有效缓解 ,但缓解程度不一。 结论 尿毒症皮肤瘙痒最好在轻度瘙痒时即实施 HDF治疗 ,可减少 HDF治疗频次 ,提高疗效。
Objective To observe the proper time of HDF in relieving the skin iches of uremic pruritus and help the patients lower the cost and relieve the sympton effectively. Methods 8 cases of uremic pruritus with skin iches were treated with HDF. the degree of skin iches were justified,as well as the relationship between the degree and the times of HDF. Results The iche was relieved with HDF only one times. relieved effectively with HDF two times sequently, but the degree varied. Conclusion Treat the skin iches of uremic pruritus in time with HDF just when the sympton is on the early stage, Which can decrease the treat times and improve the effect.
