摘要
随着知识经济的到来,人力资源开发与管理成为关系到一个国家经济乃至社会发展的重大战略。我国东部沿海与中西部地区人力资源开发与管理很不平衡,通过比较研究来协调东部沿海地区与中西部地区人力资源开发与管理战略,借鉴成功的经验,优势互补,从而从根本上提升我国东部沿海与中西部地区人力资源开发与管理的总体水平。
As the knowledge economy is coming,human resource(HR)development and management be- comes a critical strategy which is of vital importance to a nation's economy and social development.The HR development and management is uneven in eastern coastal area and central and western area.This essay coor- dinates the HR development and management strategy in the two areas by comparative study.The successful experience should be used for reference to promote once and for all the total level of HR development and management in the two areas.
