摘要
目的比较现行版药典载天麻中天麻素测定提取方法和加热回流法及超声法,以选择最佳提取方法。方法按药典方法提取,并与加热回流法及超声法比较。结果用水加热回流提取法得率最高。结论水加热回流提取法最佳。
Objective To compare the extract method in Chinese Pharmacopoeia with reflux and ultrasound mettods in order to choose the best process of extraction of Gastrodia elata BL. Methods The refluxing and ultrasomic extraction were conducted. The quantities of Gastrodia were determined by HPLC, and their results were compared with that got by the extract methods in Chineses pharmacopoeia. Results The best extract method is reflux. Conclusion It indicates that the most suitabe extract method is reflux.
