三角梅花期长，苞片色彩艳丽，华南地区可用于垂直绿化、美化墙面等。三角梅耐修剪萌发力强，是制作桩景的良好材料。在长江流域以北，是重要的盆花，可用以布置夏秋花坛，也偶作切花。若提高其观赏价值必须掌握其管理要点。本文重点论述盆栽三角梅的栽培管理要点。
The florescence of triangle plum is long. Husks are beautiful in colour. The South China area may use it in the vertical greening and the beautified wall surface and so on. The triangle plum is able to bear pruning the strength of sprouting strongly. It is also a good material which is made a scene. To the north of the Yangtze River valley, it is an important potted flower. It can be used to arrange the summer or autumn flower-bed, made and cut flowers occasionally too.
