简要介绍了现代制造业对数控人才的高度需求，讨论了数控教育的现状，井对高职院校数控专业教学提出一些建议。
This article briefly introduces the high needs of numerical control talents of modern manufacturing industry and the present state of numerical control education. It gives some suggestion to the numerical control education of vocational college.
