摘要
目的:探讨老年人高血压发病时的症状和药物治疗。方法:对我院2008年2月至2009年2月期间住院治疗79例高血压患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:老年人高血压病的特点主要表现为收缩压和舒张压均增高、血压波动大、靶器官受损等。结论:非药物治疗、合理用药、个体化治疗以及终身治疗是治疗老年高血压的关键。
