邓小平理论的形成具有其历史必然性,是以当代中国和世界一系列客观历史条件为基础和依据的。具体讲:对世界历史主题变化的深刻把握和准确判断,是邓小平理论形成的时代依据;对中国社会主义建设胜利和挫折的科学总结,是邓小平理论形成的实践依据;对其它社会主义国家兴衰成败经验教训的正确借鉴,是邓小平理论形成的历史依据;对中国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设实践的理性概括,是邓小平理论形成的现实依据;对马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想的继承、坚持、发展和创新,是邓小平理论形成的思想和方法论依据。
The formation of Deng Xiaoping's Theory has its historical necessities and is based on a series of world objective historical conditions. His correct understanding and judgment of the change of world historical themes is the basis of age; his scientific summing up of successes and failures of Chinese socialist construction is the basis of practice; his appropriate drawing of lessons and experience of other socialist countries is the historical basis; his objective summary of Chinese reform and opening-up and socialist development of modernization is the realistic basis; his inheritance, insistence, development and innovation of Marxism , Leninism and thought of Mao Zedong is the basis for the forming of his ideas and methodology.
