摘要
针对目前环境监测信息管理的薄弱环节,从监测、综合以及管理等多个角度,对环境监测管理信息系统的总体架构、基本功能及技术要求进行探讨。
In allusion to the weakness of environmental monitoring information management, this essay discussed the general structure, basic function and technological requests of environmental monitoring management information systerm from the aspects of monitoring integration and management, etc.
