摘要
为了解决 15 0mm× 15 0mm断面及 160mm× 160mm断面孔型的共用性 ,在充分计算和分析现有设备的情况下 ,进行了孔型的优化设计 .介绍韶钢六轧厂粗轧系统孔型优化设计的情况 ,侧重对工艺参数的比较 ,以及实际生产时各工艺参数及指标的对比 。
In order to solve the common use of the pass on the section 150 mm×150 mm and 160 mm x160 mm, the optimization design of the pass has been made after the full calculation and analysis on the existing equipment. The condition of the optimization design of the pass in our roughing system, the comparison with the emphasis on process parameters and the comparison between the various process parameter and index during the actual condition is introduced. The reasonableness of the optimization of the pass design has been proved.
