摘要
泰汉时期是中国封建社会私营工商业的第一个繁荣时期，出现了不少拥有大量资金的私营工商业者。他们所涉及的行业主要有：铸钱与盐铁、酿酒、食品加工、纺织、皮革加工、木器加工、造船、畜牧、种植、高利贷、经纪、囤积和贩运等。秦汉时期的私营工商业一方面对经济的发展起了积极作用，但另一方面也影响了国家的财政收入和社会稳定，因而汉武帝采取了严厉的打击政策，从而导致了私营工商业的衰落。
During the Qin and Han dynasties,the earliest period in the Chinese feudal society for the privatelyowned industrial and commercial e nterprises to be prosperous,there appeared numerous private industrialists and m erchants who engaged in industries and businesses such as minting,saltmaking,m etallurgy,winery,foodstuff processing,weaving,leather processing,wooden articles processing,vesselmaking,animal husbandry,planting,loans with high interests,b roking,hoarding and transportation.On the one hand,these industries and business es were positive to the economic development at the time,on the other,they exert ed some negative influences on the state financial income and social stability.S o during his reign,the Wu Emperor of the Han Dynasty adopted strict policies to crack down these industries and businesses,This led to the decline of the privat elyowned industrial and commercial enterprises.
