摘要
探讨了我国建筑工程造价管理中存在的问题 ,提出通过建立市场价格管理体系、建立科学的工程造价管理体系、引进先进理念来加强建筑工程造价管理等途径 。
The article probes the problem in the cost management of construction in China, and puts forward that we should try to shorten the distance with international practices by means of setting up an administering system on market price, establishing a scientific system of engineering cost management, and introducing advanced concept to strengthen the administration on constructions.
