26例重型颅脑外伤亚低温冬眠疗法对氮平衡的影响

摘要 目的:探讨亚低温冬眠疗法对严重颅脑外伤致高代谢状态中对氮平衡的影响。方法:26例重型脑外伤患者在综合治疗基础上采用亚低温冬眠疗法,22例单纯采用综合治疗者作对照组,测定其氮平衡。结果:治疗组负氮平衡程度低于对照组(P<0.05),死亡率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:亚低温冬眠疗法减轻了重型颅脑外伤所致的负氮平衡,是降低死亡率的重要因素之一。 Objective To explore effect of the mild hypothermia therapy on the nitragen balance in the patients with severe brain injuries. Methods Twenty six patients with severe brain injuries were treated by the mild hypothermia when receiving the con-vetional therapy. Another 22 patients with severe brain injuries, who only received the conventional therapy, served as control. The nitrogen balance was determined in all the patients. Results Both the degree of the negative nitrogen balance and the mortality in the mild hypothermia therapy group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P < 0.05). Conclusion That the mild hypothermia therapy reduced the negative nitrogen balance induced by severe brain injury is one of important causes of the lower mortality in the mild hypothermia therapy group than that in the control group.
