摘要
本文研究紫外分光光度法测定磺胺嘧啶(SD)麻滴鼻剂中SD的含量,增加了质量控制手段。实验证明:SD的浓度在2～18μg/ml范围内与吸光度的线性关系良好。该方法分析速度快、操作简便、准确,可作为该药剂的含量测定。
Study on UV method for the detemination of Sulfadiazine in Naristillae Ephedrini et Sulfadiazine was provide the method of quality control. The result indicate that the linear was 2～18μg/ml. The method is simple, quick and accurate for the determination of Sulfadiazine in its Naristillae.
