肿瘤标记物在妇科领域中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 肿瘤标记物(tumoRmarker,TM)是指应用免疫学和分子生物学等方法发现的生物、生化分子,其表达于肿瘤细胞,而不表达于正常细胞或表达量小于肿瘤细胞.TM可用于肿瘤的诊断和判断患者的预后,也可作为肿瘤治疗的靶,用于抗体导向和主动特异免疫治疗.随着新的TM不断增加,应用范围亦在逐渐扩大,但目前为止,还未发现一种TM为某种独特的肿瘤所专用,常常是在几种肿瘤中都可以测出.现将妇科领域中的TM及其临床应用综述如下.
