慢性心力衰竭药物治疗的现状 被引量：17

摘要 随着心力衰竭基础和临床研究的深入,有关心功能不全的病理生理和临床治疗的新认识使传统概念有所改变.心功能不全被定义为由不同病因引起的心脏舒缩功能障碍,发展到心排血量在循环血量与血管舒缩功能正常时不能满足全身代谢对血液的需要,从而导致具有血流动力异常和神经激素系统两方面特征的临床综合征.新的观念认为心功能不全可分为无症状与有症状两个阶段,前者有心室功能障碍的客观证据(如左心室射血分数降低),但无典型充血性心力衰竭的症状.心功能尚属NYHA(纽约心脏病学会)Ⅰ级,是有症状心力衰竭的前期,如不进行有效治疗,迟早会发展为有症状的心力衰竭.
