石刻雕塑作业粉尘的适宜控制技术

摘要 目的 为改善工人的工作环境,控制粉尘的危害,预防工人患上肺病,提供石刻雕塑行业适宜的防尘技术措施。方法 通过对石刻雕塑业的调查研究,现场实测,在总结经验的基础上,本着适用、有效、经济的原则,针对综合防尘技术提供较为详细的设计资料。结果 提供的通风除尘设计方案,可使工作地点粉尘浓度降低到卫生标准或接近卫生标准的要求,通风系统的含尘空气经冲击水浴除尘器或滤袋除尘器除尘后,可以满足排放标准的要求。结论 石刻雕塑行业的通风除尘设计方案,经建筑艺术雕塑厂应用,可以控制作业中的粉尘危害,保护了工人的身体健康。设计方案有科学依据,适用可行,可供基层单位使用。 Object Most factories do not have any dust control measures, they create a high potential risk of suffering pneumoconiosis. In order to provide the appropriate dust control measures, a study was conducted.Methods Based on the results of surveys and tests in different stone carving factories, the experiences of dust control in different factories, comprehensive dust control measures based on the principles of applicable, effective and economical were carried out, in which the key technique-local exhaust ventilation (the weak point of comprehensive dust control measures in factory) for controlling dast was specially dealt with and put forward in details. Results The ventilation design scheme has been used successfully for a stone carving factory, where the dust concentrations of air in the workplace were controlled at a level lower or near the hygienic standard. The dust concentration of air at the outlet of the dust collector of the exhaust ventilation system could meet the emission standard.Conclusion The method and data provided by the paper which have reliable scientific basis, and can be used in practive successfully for controlling dust in stone carving factories.
