Enterprises can help their employers face,be adapted to and cope with the occupational stresses with the associated management mechanism and then improve the enterprises themselves.According to the theories of occupational stress,the thesis analyzes the present state of the occupational stresses management in China and brings forward some ideas to establish the management mechanism for various occupational stresses rooting from different stress sources.
