摘要
研究了L 脯氨酸在不同溶剂、温度、反应时间下的消旋化,在此基础上运用不对称转换的方法,以S 酒石酸作拆分剂,合成D 脯氨酸.总收率达92.38%.
L-Proline (L-Pro) can be racemized in carboxylic acids which are used as solvents in presence of catalyst such as butanal .The rate of racemization of L-Pro increaseds with the decrease of acidity of the carboxylic acid and the increase of the temperature. The asymmetric transformation of L-Pro via the formation of salt with (S)-tartaric acid is carried out by using butanal as catalyst in butanoic acid to obtain D-Pro·(S)-TA salt. D-Pro is obtained under the optimistic conditions with the yield of 92.38% based on the starting material.
