摘要
该文阐述了师资队伍建设是高职院校的立校之本;分析了目前高职院校面临师资缺乏、结构不合理、人才引进难、人才流失严重等困境;论述了要摆脱困境,在师资队伍建设方面的当务之急是要“抓内”,即抓内部师资的培养提高。
The paper points out construction of the teacher team of academies of higher vocational education is the foundation of school construction and has to be well fulfilled. At present most of the higher vocational academies are facing some difficult positions such the lacking of teachers, illogical construction, difficulties in introducing talents and talents leaving. In order to cast off these tight spots and break through the bottleneck of development, the urgent affairs for construction of the teacher team is to “pay special attention to internal affairs”, namely, the cultivation and promotion of the in-house teachers.
