摘要
在知识不断创新和高新技术迅速产业化的今天,高职教育必须与时俱进,积极探索和构建新的人才培养模式,避免学校人才培养模式与社会需求特别是劳动力市场对人力资源需求存在脱节的现象。对此,本文从专业设置、课程体系改革、师资建设及建立产学研人才培养机制等六个方面,阐述了关于改革高职人才培养模式的策略。
At present , with the knowledge innovating and the industrialization of the high and new technology , the higher vocational education must develop with the age , explore and constrct new talent cultivating pattern,To avoid the phenomenon of talent training model separate from the social demand especially the labor maket demand. Therefore , this paper discusses some methods about reforming talent training model of high vocational education from different aspects of speciality setting , course reforming , teachers training and so on .
