摘要
目的了解在校医学生预防性病知识的现状、来源及对性健康知识的需求情况,为开展性病健康教育提供依据。方法以不记名问卷调查的方式,对吉林省某普通高等医学院的3169名在校大学生进行了问卷调查。结果在校医学生对淋病、梅毒的知晓率分别为83.9%和88.5%。男生对性病病种的知晓率高于女生。对性病基础知识的回答正确率普遍较低,从42.1%到81.8%。预防性病基本知识得分,男生高于女生,二年级学生高于一年级学生。学生获得性知识的主要来源为电视广播和报刊书籍,只有5.4%来自父母教育。学生对健康生活技能、防治性病、艾滋病知识的需求较高。结论被调查医学生的预防性病知识还有待提高,应结合大学生特点有针对性的开展高校性病防治和性健康教育工作。
Objective To understand the situation and source on STD prevention,demand for the knowledge in sexual health of the medicos in order to provide the basis for STD health education.Methods 3 169 students in certain university in Jilin province were surveyed by anonymous questionnaire.Results 83.9% of the medicos knew the gonorrhea and the 88.5% knew the lues.Boys knew more about the types of the STD than the girls.The correct answers of the basic knowledge on STD were less,the correct rate was 42.1%～81.8%.Regarding the basic STD prevention knowledge,the score of boys was significantly higher than that of girls,and the score of the students in grade 2 was higher than that of students in grade 1.Knowledge of the students on sex was mainly from telecast and the books.Only 5.4% of frequency was from their parents.The students demanded more knowledge about healthy living skill,STD and AIDS prevention.Conclusion Knowledge of STD prevention should be improved on the surveyed medicos.Efficient work should be done according to the characteristics of the students in STD prevention and sexual health education.
