摘要
深圳市宝安区水资源决策支持系统总体采用C/S与B/S相结合的组成方式,是一个面向决策者和管理人员,包括人机交互界面、数据库、模型库系统的水资源决策辅助工具。其中人机交互界面包括基于GIS的C/S和B/S两种模式,数据库采用SQL Sever 2000,模型库采用来水、需水和配置三个模块。该系统具有人机交互作业、信息及时支持、模型辅助决策等功能,具有实用性、灵活性和可操作性,有一定的推广应用价值。
As a auxiliary decision tool serving for decision-makers and managers,the software of Shenzhen Bao'an water resource planning and decision support system is made up of operator and computer interaction,database system and model system,combined with C/S and B/S.And the operator and computer operation includes two modes: C/S and B/S,which are based on GIS;while the database adopts SQL Sever 2000 and the model system comprises of runoff model,water-needed model,and optimized distribution model.This system has the functions of operator and computer operation,timely information support,and model support decision.It is also highlighted as practical,flexible and maneuverable.Therefore,it is valuable to put it into practice.
