摘要
从平板试验台的原理出发,分析平板试验台的数学模型以及检测系统的原理并基于误差的基本概念指出系统的误差源,提出从模型参数入手来减少平板试验台对测量精度影响的具体措施,并从检测系统方面提出减少检测系统误差的各种方法。
The paper sets out from the theory of flat brake tester,through analysing the math model and the theory of testing system,Based on the fundamental concept of error,it also points out the systematic error source;and puts forward concrete measures to reduce the influence of flat tester on test precision through the parameter of the model.Thus,various methods to reduce the error in corresponding testing system are further proposed.
