摘要
中国的农民组织发展缓慢,缺乏自发机制,政府干预过多,引导过度,不能遵循农民的自愿意志。蒲州农民协会的发展则是自下而上、自我发展,虽然它发展过程极其不易,政府、市场、民间组织都对它有推动作用。文章以农民组织发展内外动力进行分析,借鉴蒲州农民协会的经验,指出农民组织的发展需要在农户主导、精英人物领导、市场促进、政府引导与民间组织的互动上着笔考虑。
